Engines start before pushback failure: MSFS2020 Fenix A320

Greetings,

Using the Customize A/C dialog, I have specified that I want to be able to start engines before pushback.

GSX does not offer the pushback as expected w/ engines running ("...stop engines to request ground services").

Suggestions?

First, you've posted in the wrong section, this forum is for the GSX for FSX and P3D. You want to post this in the GSX Pro section since GSX Pro is the MSFS product.
