couatl not loading

ive been using your products for many years, mostly without any problems. last week i installed aerosoft a330 and updated my airac through navigraph navdata.
  also updated the sors navdata to airac 2213-R1. im in windows 10 and p3dv4.5  Now gsx will not work neither will couatl load up and none of my dreamteam sceneries will not show up in the sim.
  I have read every post and tried every solution given , uninstall three times, changed hard drive installations, made foulder exclusions in windows defender(the only antivirus in the machine) and disabled windows defender too. ive used your universal installer/updater, everything . couatl will not load.  please is there a log or file or anything i may send you that you might see something i dont know about??? Can you please help me fix this?

Remove Aerosoft A330 Professional. Aerosoft discontinued FSX/P3D in favor of MSFS, stating that they won't be developing or updating any FSX/P3D products anymore. Switch to BBS Instead.
