People deboarding wrong door.

Everything working fine (Jetway connects etc.) but the people are deboarding the wrong (closed) door.

It happens to me in NWWW Position P1 & P2 with the Headwind A339 without any custom GSX profile.

You are posting this in the wrong forum, this is the FSX/P3D section, while you are using MSFS. Have you maybe tried ( or downloaded ) a custom profile for that airplane, which was made before GSX included internal support for it ?

The GSX default profile for the Headwind A330-900 has set only one Passenger exit, on the 2nd door so, if you only use that one, passengers should only use the 2nd door.
