Just started with the Prepar3d 5.3 and SODE won't connect

The program is saying that the SODE is not responding there will be no passengers visable.  I have installed this program with out the Antivirus on, and tried again using the universal installer.

When looking through the addons it says its still in trial mode even though I have tried to activate it several times.
