GSX doesn't start loading/boarding passengers

I've come across a problem with a profile I'ce created. Basically GSX loads the Cargo, but doesn't start loading passengers. It seems a very specific issue:

* This profile
* This Airport (UK2000 EGLL)

* FS Labs A320 - it works fine with other aircraft
I'm requesting boarding via ATSU in the FMGC. GSX works fine at other airports with the FSLabs A320 - so it must be something specific to this profile, airport and a/c combination?

Any suggestions for things I can try?

It's best if you post a diagnostic log ( with logging enabled ), when this starts to happen.
