You created this problem by having added a VGDS on Gate W 1 that is only available in MSFS, the SafeDockT42Ground2 version. Yes, we should restrict the list to prevent you from selecting models that don't exists in P3D, but you can fix your .INI by editing the affected line:

parkingsystem = SafeDockT42Ground2

and change it to something that exists in P3D, like this one:

parkingsystem = SafeDockTS24Ground
