The GSX Main Menu does not open and I am not able to use it for my flights. I have tried everything I could find on the internet to resolve the problem but its no use.

According to your log, GSX is running perfectly fine. But it's WAITING for MSFS to call it back, but it won't wait forever, at a certain point it will give up waiting. The reason why MSFS is not calling it back might be too high settings, too many AI/ground vehicles, which break Simconnect.

See the two main troubleshooting suggestions steps:

- at Page 97 of the manual, when the couatl engine works (it clearly working in your case) but the menu doesn't come up.

- at Page 95 of the manual, the "Missing Objects" chapter where the max Simobject limit is explained.

Hi there hope you can help me out here,

As most others here my Couatl engine apears not to be starting,
It does appear in the task bar but never actually manages to load.
(See attached the log)
Some things I noticed:
  • Ground vehicles from GSX and stairways seem to appear however again the menu fails to load.
  • Although the Couatl logo appears in the task bar, when I right click it and try restarting it nothing happens at first, then if I try right clicking the icon again it disapears.
  • Whenever I click the "Check button" in the installer next to GSX it always seems to download something
Hope this information may be useful!
