Which means, as explained in so many other threads, including the one with the offline installer, that your node is still not fully updated, so you need to run the Offline installer again, as the last thing you do.

With the recent offline installer when restarting couatl it seems to close itself and when opening it via the couatl64_msfs.exe it appears in the tray icon but when you hover over it it disappears again.

So whenever I have to restart couatl I have to restart the entire sim to get it back up working.
I checked the log but from this everything seems to be fine (there is another file couatl.err which dates 20 min before my manual restart, would you need this too?)

Edit: Disregard, seems to be my stupid AV. I've added an exemption but my AV keeps deleting this excemption and then detects a "virus". Adding the excemption again kept couatl running. Nothing with GSX for now.

I downloaded the off line updater and updated GSX and now the windows work better but I still lose it if I open a window to say, custom an aiplane and that windows then goes away and no how many times or how long I wait I now get the "engine not loading" when I press GSX button. To get it to work again I have to reload the sim.

I have the same problem: Couatl is started, but end until MSFS is ready to start.
I also have uninstalled FSDT GSX Pro and FSDT Installer, deleted the directories wich are linked in the community directory and also installed the Addon Manager from your work around file space.
Nothing helps, I could start Couatl before MSFS and it works normal, if I start it again the debug mode starts well, but a few seconds after loading MSFS the task ends.

First thing to check if it starts if you can start it manually, there's a reason why we have an icon on the Desktop for it. If it starts manually, but not automatically, then the problem doesn't have anything to do with GSX, but you have been hit by this known MSFS bug:

If, instead, it doesn't even start manually, then you should follow the instruction at the top of this thread, and post your log.

This can only happen if something happened during the installation, follow this procedure for a complete reinstall:

This can only happen if you don't have all files full updated, because of your local cloudflare node hasn't completed its replication, use the Offline installer here:

And don't run the Live Update for the time being.
