Pushback departure clearance requested

Hi, I'm having this issue for a couple of days. When I request pushback, it shows the green label that says: "[GSX] Departure clearance requested" but the pushback truck stays under the jetway. On options I have show all messages. It happens on default airports and on addon airports as well. Also, with PMDG and default 737.

I cannot reproduce the problem, and nobody reported it as well.

Try to reset your GSX preferences, by removing this file:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali\CouatlAddons.ini

Hi Umberto I delete the file but did not work. However I uninstalled GSX and addon manager and delete all folders on program files, program data and %AppData%\virtuali re-installed GSX again. The error continue and I delete %AppData\virtuali once again and it worked.
