Why are two jetways appearing, one is blue.

GSX is likely reading a custom profile made for another airport, caused by an AFCAD conflict with another scenery. Use the GSX customization page to check which is the AFCAD in use by GSX, which will give you an idea on where is the conflicting scenery, that must be removed.
