GSX black screen and CTD on prepar3D 5.3 hotfix1 **SOLVED, not a GSX problem**

Hi At all,
I communicate that the latest gsx also that of 31 December is not compatible with the latest 5.3 hotfix1.
The screen at the call goes black without any menu and automatically prepar crashes.
Prepar use in multiscreen for home cockpit.

Sorry, but that's not accurate. GSX is perfectly compatible with P3D 5.3 and the latest hotfix.  It would have been best if, before posting, you checked the forum first, because this problem:

- Has already been proven it's NOT caused by GSX

- Is a problem of the Simconnect menu itself

- It can be solved, by changing some settings in how the Simconnect menu works.

- It has been discussed in this same forum, and flagged to be SOLVED.

I'm closing this thread now, since it's a duplicate of a problem already discussed multiple times and marked solved, since it doesn't have anything to do with GSX.
