GSX Level 2 not activating on P3D V4

I am having a bit of a headache getting GSX Level 2 to activate on my system. GSX is active and fine, but the activation for GSX Level 2 isn't working.

I enter my serial number when prompted and i "activate online" but it keeps saying my serial number is invalid. I have copy and pasted it from the email i have also entered it manually but it still says invalid. Whats going on?
