GSX does not open and cannot enter the key

I have gsx level 2 and when I do as usual SHIFT + tab I had the gsx window which will open now if I do that I have a green bar which is put in the fmc? and when I go to the addon manager menu and I put my 2 validation keys in I always have the message "Product in trial mode"

You failed to indicatre the most important information: have you seen some kind of error when you inserted the key ? In any case, please don't reply here because, as explained so many times on the forum ( and on the manual too ), requests about activations should always be made with the support email.

That's becaus my next question would now be something about your key/order/name, which we can't obviously discuss in public.
