No jetways on standard Airports

Hello guys!
I have gsx v2 installed, at this airport war bevor installation standard jetways after installation the standard jetways are gone.
The installion is running good.
But after starting of the p3d V5  i had on the standard airport not jetways, if i restart sode all is fine.
But if i restart the there is a message like the first picture.
If i activate then the point gsx "show GSX Menu bay-passing YouControll i get the 2. picture.
I hope anyone can help me.

- Restart Windows

- Configure the antivirus and add the following folders to the antivirus EXCLUSIONS:

C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\
the Addon Manager folder ( the one you installed GSX into )

- Run the FSDT Live update again, or reinstall GSX.

many thanks for your help, but this was not the problem.
I have had a problem with a file-name of a scenery (was to long).
Now the restart works fine.

If you use Windows 10, you can remove the maximum 260 characters filename limitation, whch is a leftover from Ms-Dos times:
