Unable to Add Custom Textures

CXA001:
I am trying to add a custom texture with our VA logo for all ground vehicles and jetways.

I have read through the documentation and it indicates that you need to click the button with the 3 dots to browse for your graphic.

Unfortunately, the button is grayed out and I am unable to browse for my graphic.

What a big disappointment.

I was excited to finally have ground vehicles and jetways with our VA logo in P3Dv5.
