Distance between jetways wheels/bottom and the apron surface

Once I setup jetways using my GSX, the jetways stay higher than the ground so that the wheels/bottom of jetway doesn't toucg the apron surface! Please see the attached screenshot. The airport is the Armi project IKA (OIIE). Thanks for your help!

Check the "Ground Elevation" setting in the GSX customization page and try to click the small airplane icon next to it, to fix eventual altitude errors in the scenery AFCAD ( or conflicts with other sceneries ).
