GSX boarding non-stop

Hi at one particular airport FSS MPTO, GSX boarding does not stop and goes on and on, the menu also becomes unable to be displayed. Seems to be hung.

What could be the cause of that?

Based on your signature, I'm guessing it's P3D V5.2. What aircraft are we talking about here.

The aircraft is Prosim B738.

portanav:
It appears the problem is only happening at Gate 49, I switched to Gate 23 and the problem is no longer active.

I have decided to stick with Gate 23.
