At gates with two jetways how do I stop the other jetway from docking to my aft entry.  When I select board or de-board passengers both jetways operate.

When you selected deboarding, it should have asked you which jetways you wanted to operate. Did it not do this.

No, it doesn't.  It just moves both of them.

If I select Operate Jetway, then I can select jetway 1 and send it to Fwd Entry L but when I select boarding or deboarding it retracts that jetway and sends jetway 2 to Fwd Entry L.  If I just select boarding/deboarding jetway 1 goes to Fwd Entry L and jetway 2 crosses over the wing and goes to aft entry L.  Also, the air stairs go to aft entry L.   I'm using the Prosim737v3 aircraft.  I don't know if it matters but I am currently at RCSS-Taipei  ACO DESIGN STUDIO

I'm not sure if there's a GSX configuration for that aircraft, but if there isn't one, you can make one yourself. As for the airport, you can try a different airport and see if you have the same problem.
