Addon manager causes P3d V4 to go slow with 2d popup panels

I know this has been a previous thread on the forums, and all seemed to be solved, but I seem to be having the problem still. I am using P3d V4.5 and have 2 x Graphics cards, each powering 3 monitors. The main graphics card is powering my visuals and the other is powering the undocked PMDG instrument displays. When I try and undock any 2d panel and drag it onto a monitor running on the 2nd graphics card, P3d gets really slow. I have tried this with no other addons installed, just GSX and I have narrowed it down to addon manager.  There was a thread a while ago saying that this issue was fixed, but I am still getting it, any ideas?

Check the "Disable RTT" option the Addon Manager menu and restart the sim.
