Gsx pushback stopped working

Suddenly puschback stopped working. Gsx screen telling me that pushback is in progress but nothing happens. I don’t know what to do

- the precise, exact, sequence of operations you choose in GSX

- the airplane used

- the airport used

- the gate used

- if it happens with every airplane or every airport.
