Problems with GSX2 Re-Install **SOLVED**

Hello -
 I am attempting a re-install of GSX/GSX2 for FSX  and I am having nothing but problems....The installer successfully downloads all the necessary files...Then after a few moments of installation I was receiving the FSDT_LCD.ttf "cannot replace error"...I got past that error by restarting Windows 10 and removed the FSDT_LCD.ttf file from C:/Windows/Fonts...all goes well until after installing all of the essential files the installer goes into configuring support software in FSX where the installer freezes and I get a "Runtime error (at 244-445) : Invalid Class String" and then "List index out of bounds"  messages...I have stopped the stalled installation at this point and restarted my system...I have updated my drivers and even removed the GSX entries in the registry and all file folders..I am running the installer as administrator but I have run out of ideas on what could be preventing re-installation.  Also I have turned off my antivirus software during all of these steps..Any ideas would be appreciated Thanks

I feel your pain..I am having the exact error too after uninstalling GSX2....My post is 4 spots down from yours
