GSX will not recognize engine shutdown with the PMDG 777-200 lr

Not sure why but every time I land and park at a gate with the PMDG 777-200 LR (ver 1.11.1201) . GSX help me to park and then I am ask to cut my engine,  so I do shutdown both engine but GSX will not recognize that they are cut. So if I hit CTRL+F12, I get a message to shutdown the engine first.  I have red that I could use CTRL+SHIFT+F1 to avoid this but it doesn't work. I know why, I have disabled almost all the keyboard command in P3D 5.1, I would like to know what command was invoke by CTRL+SHIFT+F1?

Maybe a stupid question but P3D 5.1 doesn't allow me too put  CTRL+SHIFT+F1, I can only assign SHIFT+CTRL+F1, is this ok? or can I use CTRL+F1 instead?

I need to reopen this issue, I did 2 flight with the PMDG 777 -LR and when I park to the gate at arrival,  I get GSX help to park and then I am ask to cut my engine,  so I do shutdown both engine but GSX will not recognize that they are cut. So if I hit CTRL+F12, I get a message to shutdown the engine first.  I have red that I could use CTRL+SHIFT+F1 to avoid this but it doesn't work. I have it set up in the Keyboard assignment to "engine fuel valves (all open/close)' (see attach photo) but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion?
