Serial Key retrieval

Good day
I purchased both GSX 1 and 2 . GSX 1 I purchased from the defuncted FS Pilot shop.
I have found the invoice and serials for GSX 2 but I am unable to trace GSX 1. Who do I approach for assistance please. I Found a serial number FOR GSX 1 in my registry but it does not activate GSX?
