default livery issue

despite selecting a real livery from the handling livery menu, all ground equipment spawns with the default livery (this happens at all airports with all aircraft with all types of ground services) please healp me! if needed i can attach some photos of the issue

You haven't said which simulator you're using. If it's P3D V5, it is known that the airline logos don't work since it's on DX12 and doesn't have render to texture available. If this is the case, a solution is being worked on.
