So I had to replace my hardrive on my computer and I went to install GSX back into preparv4.5 went to activate it and now it saying that my serial key can not activate I also have GSX Level 2 why is my key not working ...

As explained so many times on the forum ( and on the manuals too ), questions about orders and activation should always be made using the support email because, of course, my next question would have been something about your order or your key, which we clearly can't discuss in public.
