Are Las Vegas McCarran and Vancouver airports compatible with ORBX products?

I'm using P3Dv4.5,  and Orbx's  Pacific North West and Southern California regions, and Orbx Boulder City airport sceneries. Are these compatible with FSDT?  Will there be an overlap?  Thank you.

My timezone is in San Francisco, California USA
Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070ti, 16 GB RAM 3200Mhgz, NVMe and SSD disks (lots of free space).
Software: Win 10, P3Dv4x, lots of add-ons (at least 50+ are ORBX)

I'm not sure about CYVR but, OrbX has a specific fix for their SoCal scenery to fix problems with FSDT KLAS, it's posted on their support forum.
