GSX uses the wrong jetways, stairs, and uses conveyor belt loaders  instead of the big cargo loaders with the new PMDG 777-200ER expansion. Is there a bug or do I need to reconfigure the vehicle and door positions at each airport?

I'm assuming GSX doesn't have a default configuration for the -200ER just yet.
