the colti and addon manager missing

TRIGGER2010:
hi i just went back onto the p3d and the coulti and the addon manager has gone in the menu i have done the update and that didint work so i try to get uninstall and reinstall and and then do the update app and still not there any ideas on a fix or do i need to found a file to delete  and reinstall
