FSDreamteam exclude in P3Dv4.5

Hi all,
I have FSDT GSX installed via Lorby Addon Organizer.
Inside the Organizer at the "scenery" tab,  the FSDT entry is red.

"FsDreamTeam Exclude C:\Program Files (x86) \Addon Manager\FsDreamTeam\Exclude" not active - Addon Package is disabled

Not Required
Layer 196

At the P3D startup screen, Add-ons tab, both FSDT entries enabled.
Inside GSX Level2 Control Panel - Default Jetways Control: P3Dv4 Default Jetways disabled by GSX

How can I fix that to make it active

The Exclude folder is normally empty, until you create some excludes so, it seems the Lorby Organizer has disabled it because it thinks it "not needed", because there are no sceneries there but I hope it should give you the ability to re-enable it, which is normally done by our installer.
