How to disable refuelling from starting automatically

When I request boarding, refuelling and catering is also started. Is there a way to disable this this, as espacially the refuelling are not wanted.

I attach a video showing this, sorry for low quality, but it shows my point.

Check your GSX settings to make sure you don't have it set to automatically do these things.
