Possible to split volume controls?

Is there any way via config files (I have only found the one audio slider in the Settings menu to control both) to split volumes for the ground crew and the passengers? I find the passenger voice lines distracting/too repetitive/not regionally appropriate but if I turn them down enough to ignore them I can't hear the ground crew. Would like to be able to split the difference. Thanks!
