Taxi2Gate LFPG -- is there anything I can do on my end to fix the people boarding through the jetway from appearing outside of the jetway structure?

Go into the parking customization, click on the airplane at the top right corner of the window, see if this helps.

It's not clear from your message is this happening across the whole airport (regardless if there's a jetway or not), or JUST on those parking spots using that very specific jetway mode.

- If it happens on the entire airport, Captain Kevin suggestions will likely work.

- If it happens only on gates with that particular jetway mode, it might be more difficult, since it depends how thoss jetways were made and their SODE configuration files.
