Stuck on "GSX - Pushback in Progress" dialog on arrival

Early theory on this:  If I unselect "confirm good engine start" and don't make the marshaller and tug driver wait for me to start all 4 engines of the 747, then I don't seem to be as likely to get a stuck dialog on arrival (almost always 8 to 12 hour flights in the 747 for me).  I also find that the BBJ would not result in a hung dialog for similar reasons (not making the GSX process wait for me).

I don't have enough data to complete verify this, but these are early observations.

UPDATE:

I do think long delays due to "good engine start" seem to be the culprit.  I have disabled "Good engine start" and I haven't encountered this problem since.
