Unable to install GSX

I was having an issue where GSX would not come out of trial mode. Decided to uninstall and reinstall. When I attempt to reinstall I get this message:

"The following applications are using files that need to be updated by Setup"
Couatl Scripting Engine for FSX/ESP

When I select the "Automatically close the applications" option, I get "setup was unable to close all applications"

Re-started the computer, and what do you know - installed and out of demo mode. Funny how that works  :-\

That's entirely normal.

The message first came out because you started the installer too quickly after exiting from the simulator, before all the opened application had a chance to close. The installer *tried* to close them automatically but, in some cases it can't, so the only way to continue was either:

- Using the Task Manager to terminate the Couatl.exe program

OR

- Restart Windows
