GSXv2 and FSlabs great integration but also a request if possible...
virtualstuff:
Virtuali, local here using GSX at the early days and love it , also the great integration with my FSLabs bus.
But to make it even greater I hope you guys would consider the option to have the request sent silent between GSX v2 and the FSlabs bus, instead of a popup.
Maybe via ini file?
Thanks for considering 8)

Hi Virtuali,
It is with every instruction I see the popup message (looks almost a sort of macro function) from GSX2, it would be great since the interaction with FSLABS bus and GSX2 is great...
So it would be great not to see the popup message, but the instruction are done silent in the background (not to see the instruction done on screen) without the need to see the popup from GSX2 :-)

You mean the Simconnect menu ?
The problem is, GSX is designed to work in a way in which it *reacts* to the user operating the menu, not the other way around so, we can't "just" disable the menu because without menu to react to, GSX won't do anything. What FS Labs is doing is replicating the user by sending commands to open the menu and select the options, so GSX works exactly the same, without knowing it's not the user acting on the menu.
Allowing to work without the menu would require a considerable redesign effort, since we would have to introduce some kind of protocol that all airplane developers must follow, to allow GSX work by remote control. It's something we always planned to do, because this would also allow to remote control GSX over a network or from another app, which might be useful for cockpit builders but, right now, after MSFS release, all our focus is to prepare GSX to work with it, so big updates like that will have to wait for the time being.
