No Serial Reactivation, no answer of email to reactivate

Hello,
i have bought some Addons.
My PC was broken so i have to make windows new.
The Activation says too many Registrations.
So i have wrote 3 emails, but no answer.
The Reactivation Page i cant use i don´t know my last PC Name.
What can i do?
There are another ways to get support?

You must have a problem with receiving email, since you have been replied to, with instructions how to deactivate, several times.

On the same site, there's a "License Information" option, which can tell you all the Computer ID that has been associated to your key, even for PC that has been already reinstalled/disposed/sold, so you can use that on the Deactivate option.

If i go on Deactivate Licence it says "No product was found that matches your activation key."
But if i go on offline Licence Activation it says:
All available licenses have been activated. All ways on activation Site don´t go.

But i have noticed the Keys have FSDT on beginning.
They are older. Today I think the keys are without FSDT, I think that's the problem. You may not have transferred the older keys?

That's because you are probably trying to use an old Esellerate number. The site works only for new QLM activation keys, those that starts with an "A"

Of course we have, but you must use it. To know which keys has been associated to your old Esellerate key, use the "Email license" option on that very same page.

email License has only worked for Vancouver, Chicago Kord v2, GSX2, New York KJFK and Memphis.
It don´t work by: (I have mailed you the  Keys)

Of course you have informed: we sent an email to all users last year when Esellerate closed, indicating how to retrieve their new keys.
