Generator spawns inside Jetway

I have this generator (or whatever) insider the jetways. Curiously only the ones I use, the ones next to it have the thing hanging underneath the jetway.
People are walking through that thing.

Is this a known bug or did I mess something up?

Yes, it's a know bug, but we haven't been able to figure it out yet, and happens only with some models.
