PMDG 737 freighter fuel truck does nothing

p3dx3:
In the base NGXu PMDG calling the fuel truck, it goes in position, I enter new fuel in the fmc and it refuels.
In the 737 freighter models the fuel truck stays there and does nothing. I have no custom config for the aircrafts.
