P3Dv5.1 problems

I run under Windows 10 and have just updated my sim to P3Dv5.1 and GSX to the latest version. When at the gate (FlyTampa Copenhagen) I choose boarding and the bagage vehicles appear on the starboard side of the aircraft. Then the stairs roll up to the aircraft. If in the cockpit I can see the jetway approaching as well, however, this is absent in the external view. I can hear the passengers boarding but they are not visible. Can you advise?
