Hello,ecca here,when I call up the fuel truck it arrives OK but when the operater plugs in the hose he disappears from the truck and nothing gets loaded,anyone with ideas why.

Impossible to help you with such a sparse description of the problem. Which airplane you used, for example ? Is configured properly for GSX ?
