Afterburner effect problem

Yeah, I had this problem before, but I thought I'd ask again :P.







Anyone know why that happens and how to fix it?

I'm using Voodoo's afterburner effects v2 and that one part seems too large, on each setting.  Last time I asked in the thread, I made it a bit better by editing the effect file, but it was still a bit off.
