Refueling Ops Not Ending

Hello Folks;
I here wondering if there a way to prompt GSX to conclude "Refueling Ops" after the aircraft system indicates refueling has completed without Restarting GSX in order to proceed to the next action on the menu???. This happens occasionally while using an AES Vehicles. Any thoughts??

GSX surely completes refueling automatically with it's done. Not sure what do you mean with "while using AES" vehicles, but we cannot support you with that.

What I meant was that once the refueling option its prompted the tanker does not do what it supposed to and will remain in place after the aircraft displays indicates the load has being reached and no further actions can be prompted other than prompt the "Restart Coualt" option on the menu.

1. At first attempt using a A321 the refueling service was prompted and the truck did came into position but only for a few seconds and departed without any actions.
2.Prompted the tanker for a second time and this time refueling took place as normal however the second fuel handler who exits the cab on the right side and positions on the left rear of the truck remained in the cab.
3. After waiting over 30 minutes, the fuel handler did not disconnect the fuel lines from the plane or executed the remaining actions that are supposed to do and as you can see on the photo the MSDU indicates that fuel level was reached.

Any thoughts?? ???
