Wanted to try the preview changes with GSX vehicles :

In Page 56 of manual it mentions  Couatl powered products” menu

Previewing your changes with GSX vehicles
Sometimes, you might want to check how good your position is, with an actual GSX
vehicle in use. To do this, use the following procedure:
• Select a GSX operation, for example “Deboarding”, if you need to check positions of
Passenger and Cargo doors, or “Catering” to check the positions for Service Doors
• Wait for the relevant vehicles to go into their working positions, and then open the
Airplane Configuration Editor from the “Couatl powered products” menu  >>>>> Where is that located. I don't see this in P3D V4.5 dropdown menus. I do see a lot of other GSX related items.

The airplane configuration editor is under the GSX menu now.
