Help!! the couatl scripting engine hasn't started **SOLVED**

I don´t now how to solve this problem, I already restarted my pc, I used the live update, I already excluded the addon manager folder from my antivirus, I already reinstalled, I already tried to move things in dll.exm and nothing, I continue with the same thing, search the forum but still cannot find nothing, please help !! I use FSX

- Be sure you don't have a firewall blocking the Live Update program

- Configure the antivirus to add the WHOLE Addon Manager folder to its exclusions.

- Run the FSDT Live Update
