Download is EXTREMELY SLOW

When using the GSX installer, the download portion is extremely slow.  Is there a problem with the servers?  This is a reinstall and I've never had this problem before.

Had the same problem until I disabled my VPN and DL without it.

I can't reproduce it but, it's very difficult to reproduce these problems, since we don't have one server ( it will be slow if we did ), but we use Cloudflare CDN, which is made of about 200+ servers, so you are downloading from the one closest to you.
