Pushback

Hello I attempted a flight after updating last night but after attempting to pushback the aircraft the tug just Sat in front of the aeroplane Nothing to say the pin had been removed and he simply said captain we are ready for pushback So I aborted the pushback and requested pushback again the same happened again no activity I then went for a third attempt but I’m fortunately I got the infamous VC runtimetime140 error so I gave up in a huff please help

- the airplane used

- the airport used

- the gate used

- if you are using a GSX customization for that scenery

Simulator would help, too, I would think.
