Jetway do not work

I have a registered version of GSX2  every thing was working fine then today I go to use GSX and at gate I go and operate Jetway and it asks what service to use I pick and then it comes up saying "No Jetway can operate at this position.  I have changed position and even airports but I still get that error message .

what can I do to get it working

Need more information. What airport or airports is this happening at. GSX jetways or regular SODE jetways.

It is happening at all airports,   I have the default jetways unclicked in the settings menu.   when I go into the gsx config airport,  the jetways I  am using are the ones with /js listed.
