Cycling means in the airplane configuration editor. By default it's Numpad 7/9 keys.

Thanks for the info - I did find the Num 9 key and that started the start/stop session of placing the ladder location. Thought that would pretty much sort things out but to my
surprise, the passengers are now dropping to the ground below the plane and climbing on air stairs into the cabin and then exiting down the stairs. I did do a reset so as to start with
a fresh slate. If I just use the PAX 1 key the passengers will at least exit the plane where I wanted them to but going down the stairs is not so good, I know we are talking about embedded
stairs. - any suggestions is really appreciated.  I also noted that when in the start/stop mode I cannot align the pax traffic parallel to the stair rails.

Just wanted to let you know that I started at a different airport (KSAN) and start fresh again with the GSX modify aircraft slate and used the start/stop and this time it looks
about as close as I can get it for now. They are stepping a little high from the steps but I'm afraid if I try to modify this, it may get worse.
