Push/Pull pushback

Hello,

At EHAM we have for some gates Push/Pull procedures. So you push onto a taxiway and than the push tug pulls you into position for taxi. In GSX that isn't really simulated. Any way to simulate that?

They plan on implementing it at some point, but they haven't said when they were going to.
