Jetway with wrong label

While the picture showed the jetway number as "F2", the GSX page confirmed that it should be "F5".
I never did solve the problem.
I got so frustrated with this error that I uninstalled this Tenerife South software, and obtained a different version of Tenerife South from a different company.
The newer vervion has built in SODE jetways without a jetway number displayed. They work properly.

But GSX being the flexible program that it is, allowed users to *change* the label.

Could be you were using a customization file, made by you, downloaded from some place, or made by the scenery developer ? Maybe the one who made it changed the label, and made some mistake, which mislead you assuming it was a GSX bug.

Of course, it would have been enough to correct it back to default, using the appropriate label field in the jetway editing page.
